The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Currency

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ek444 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• ek444 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

ek444 has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%. Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. Cashback is paid every Monday based on eligible calculations.

6Gaming Policy
